At Okoboji Property Management it is our goal to relieve most of the day to day stress that comes with the upkeep of a vacation home. Our abilities span across a broad range of services. We offer the option to have us be a full time property manager, acting as the primary contact, and go to person for all service requests. It is not our goal to replace the companies that have been serving you. Rather, we work with your existing service providers with the intent of preserving the relationship you've built with them. We simply take the load off of your shoulders. 23 years of experience as a general contractor give us the confidence and reliability to ensure what needs done, we can handle it. We also offer seasonal services like our Winter Walk through where we visit your home weekly during the winter season inspecting the property for any disastrous problem that could result due to the harsh weather.
